About

I first learned to spin then weave when we lived in Wanganui New Zealand in the early 1980's, and have been weaving ever since!

I have several looms which allows me to work on a variety of projects at a time, something I enjoy. I love using combinations of colour and texture.

It is important that my products be practical and functional, in addition to being visually pleasing. Each handwoven item is a unique, one of a kind item.

You can find my work at our annual Huron Tract Spinners and Weavers Guild sale the first weekend in November at the Huron County Museum. During the summer I have my work at Patina Gallery in Bayfield Ontario, Merry Meeting House in Renews, Newfoundland; and my studio in Island Cove, Cape Broyle Newfoundland. Year round my work is available at my home studio.  All items at these locations can be ordered through my website.

Studio visits are welcome by appointment. Custom orders are considered, based on time and availability of yarn/materials.

I live north of Grand Bend, Ontario, and weave in my spare time. Since the early 1980's I am an active member of the Huron Tract Spinners & Weavers Guild, and a member of the Ontario Hand Spinners and Weavers.
